Personalisation: towards evidence that counts

Added on

A report from a NICE/ TLAP symposium on ways to improve research in personalisation is out. It proposes the future direction based on attendees input and discussion. Amongst those who intended were researchers, funders, people with lived experience and other social care reps.

Strong themes highlighted in the report are the need to invest effort in wellbeing, prevention and independence; the promotion of improved understanding of the use of research; and a commitment to make sure that people with lived experience can help shape the research questions.
