We are seeking a candidate who has already achieved significant national or regional success in the social care field and will have the confidence of senior colleagues and stakeholders as we all learn how to deliver more personalised services.

By joining TLAP, the new Director will be at the leading edge of delivering a more innovative and exciting future in social care.

This is a significant role and there is some flexibility with contracted hours and salary to attract the right candidate.

The Director post has been created following the successful establishment and ongoing operation of the Partnership since it was launched in April 2011. Martin Routledge, Programme Manager, will be stepping down from the management role that he has held on a part time basis since that time. We are very pleased, however, that Martin has agreed to stay closely involved with TLAP through leadership of some key areas of work.
