Skills for Care’s role is to ensure that the adult social care workforce has the appropriately skilled people in the right place working to deliver high quality social care. To achieve this, we focus on the attitudes, values, skills and qualifications people need to undertake their roles.
Skills for Care supports employers to develop the skills of 1.6 million workers who work in social care and to plan for the future workforce.

- Priority 2: Develop a co-production database and a consistent policy for accessing and involving people who use services and carers in the development of Skills for Care’s products and services.
