TLAP publishes new guidance on payment cards.
Our latest report, based on research by In Control and the Independent Living Strategy Group, offers local authorities practical advice on payment cards in line with statutory guidance.
It is supported and endorsed by chair of ILSG Baroness Campbell and Minister of State for Care Caroline Dinenage, who says,
“… Pre-paid cards should never be the only option for a personal budget, and this guidance rightly outlines the importance of choice. I urge local authorities to adhere to these principles."
