Hi,

Podcast -Innovations for supporting a proactive & responsive market

"There can be no innovation or creativity without failure". Do you agree? These were just some of the thoughts expressed in our latest podcast broadcast from TLAP’s most recent Care Markets and Quality Forum.

Panellists drawn from LGA, ADASS, CQC, UK Home Care Association and NCAG discussed what innovation means from the perspective of their organisation, and how they can support a proactive and responsive care market.

Forum event -Supporting a sustainable & responsive market that works well for people

The Care Markets & Quality forum, 7th March looked at how we can support market conditions for creating  genuine and lasting improvements to people with lived experience. Besides the podcast, experts presented on the following topics: recruitment, care and support planning, personal assistants and raising quality standards.

These events are are driven by people, commissioners and providers. Discussions can influence national policy and offer solutions to areas of most challenge in the care market. We invite new attendees. Contact us if you wish to join.
