As Sian Lockwood announces her retirement from Community Catalysts, she reflects on what she’s learnt in her 11 years of working in social care and her hopes for the future.

TLAP welcomed the findings, and particulalry the emphasis on local leadership: 'Some of the most inspirational leadership comes from care staff themselves, and from adults of working age who have been empowered by personal budgets and direct payments to shape their own, and others’, lives.'
