Supporting adult social care innovation

A new five-year study funded by the Economic and Social Research Council aims to uncover new evidence about what helps adult social care innovations to be developed and scaled-up. TLAP will make sure that the Social Care Innovation Network work is aligned with SASCI -a collaboration between LSE, Care England and others.  


High Impact Change

The LGA’s High Impact Change Model is a way of helping people get home from hospital sooner by getting health and care organisations to look at how well they work in a local area, and how they could make changes. The 2019 refreshed model has been included in the Integration and Better Care Fund (BCF) policy guidance.
