Whilst we don’t underestimate the scale of the challenge for councils to commission differently, we do believe that the case for seeking alternatives to traditional support arrangements is gaining momentum.
Based on TLAP’s knowledge of personalised care that focusses on people’s strengths, we are delighted to offer a practical digital resource for you to browse and use.
The directory is a collection of different approaches that are having a positive impact on people’s health and wellbeing. We hope it will inspire, inform and encourage further great developments so that TLAP can grow this resource.
