Think Local Act Personal

Hi,

We held a really great event last week, focusing on care and support in accommodation: this is part of TLAP’s Care Markets and Quality network.  I’m writing to let you know that all the presentations from our engaging and varied speakers are now up on our website.

For me, it was particularly lovely to see a mix of providers, commissioners and people with lived experience. We had some really positive feedback after the event and on twitter – see #caremarketsquality.

It doesn’t stop here. We are now running a free webinar called ‘A place called home’ to follow on, with Tim Hoyle from Central Bedfordshire Local Authority and Clare Skidmore from the Housing LIN.

Please save the date now – 20th August at 11-12 noon. It is a great opportunity for people, commissioners and providers to ask questions and express their views about the future of housing.  More details and booking arrangements will follow soon.

Home Matters to all of us, regardless of age and disability, so it’s important we listen, plan ahead and get it right.

Best wishes,

Natasha
