Individual Service Funds are an attractive option for many people in receipt of a personal budget. They offer the flexibility to remain in control of what the money is spent on without the responsibility of managing the budget.

While progress with introducing ISFs in West Midlands has been good. There have been obstacles too. TLAP today publishes a briefing document with bite-size guidance to help commissioners and providers overcome some of the challenges towards further take up.
