From Putting People First to Think Local, Act Personal

The three year national and regional programme Putting People First ended on 31 March, but all our tools and materials developed during that time are still available on our new-look Think Local, Act Personal website.

We have refreshed the website to coincide with the launch of the Partnership and are committed to continuing this online hub for sharing information, guidance, tools, links and the latest news around delivering the vision for transforming adult social care.

The Think Local, Act Personal Partnership work programme will develop over the coming months. All the tools and materials we hope you found valuable as part of Putting People First programme are still available for download.
