Moving Forward with Personalisation - A South West Regional Event

TLAP is holding a free roadshow on the theme of moving forward with personalisation. The day will be interactive with a focus on practical tried and tested approaches to implementing personalisation in a challenging financial environment. Sessions will include:
- Implementing Individual Service Funds and creative support planning.
- Commissioning flexible person-centred support.
- Developing a strength-based approach to working with people and communities.
Who should attend?
The road show is for people working in care and support from Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Swindon.
The following people should attend:
- Staff working as Social Workers/ Practitioners
- Operational managers
- Commissioners
- Providers – independent sector including for profit and voluntary as well as community and social enterprise sector
- Experts by experience
- NHS – local health organisations including CCGs, NHS Trusts, Vanguards, IPC sites
