Building Community Capacity - Practitioners Network Meeting

We are pleased to announce that the next Building Community Capacity Network meeting will take place at Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre, London, on Wednesday 25th January. 

This meeting will start at the earlier time of 11.15am and will run to 4.15pm.  

We have an extended programme for this meeting, hence the earlier start time, which will include the following: 

• Building community capacity market place - an opportunity to network with colleagues and speak to organisations who are contributing to strong and inclusive communities.  
• Sheffield Cycling for All - Steve Marsden and Caroline Waugh will talk about this innovative inclusive project. 
• Nesta - who will present their work on the Realising the Value programme. 
• Sam Bennett, NHS England – Sam Bennett, Head of Integrated Personal Commissioning (IPC) at NHS England, will talk us through the IPC programme and how this fits with Building Community Capacity.
• Alex Smith, North London Cares – Alex will share the innovative work this organisation is doing to tackle the isolation and loneliness experienced by older people living in London.
