Rachel Ayling Self-employed consultant/interim manager in adult social care.

Rachel has longstanding experience of commissioning, developing and managing social care services.

Her background includes a formative period as an Associate Director in the Audit Commission (1999-2004). Since 2012, Rachel has led TEASC's worksteam on Use of Resources in social care.

Rachel also has a strong interest in the implementation of the Care Act and especially the requirements relating to information and advice; she co-authored a series of publications on this topic for TLAP, and supported the design of our online strategy development tool.
