Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) is a national partnership transforming health and care through personalisation and community-based support. The partnership spans central and local government, the NHS, the provider sector and people with care and support needs and carers with whom we engage via our National Co-production Advisory Group.  TLAP is hosted by the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) and coordinated by a dedicated small staff team.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an efficient, organised and energetic individual with a can-do attitude to join us as our project support coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting the team.

You will work with colleagues to ensure the office and our projects run smoothly, leading on meeting and event logistics, managing diaries, maintaining our admin and finance systems, and ensuring positive relationships are sustained with our partners and wider networks.    

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to pay attention to details; proven IT skills; financial literacy and numeracy; excellent people skills; a flexible approach and a keen appetite to learn. You will also share our passion for promoting good practice in health and social care.
