TLAP Care Act survey for people with care and support needs, and carers
If there was one thing about your care or support that you could change, what would it be?
Were you involved as much as you wanted to be in agreeing or changing your care or support plan?
These are just some of the questions that we’re asking in our Care Act survey, which is aimed at people with care and support needs, and carers.
There have been many Care Act surveys, but this one will be the first that specifically seeks their views.
With a closing date of 4th October, we’re keen to get as big a sample size as possible within the time and resources available to us. Can you help?
Please spread the word to your colleagues, networks and clients.
