- A Positive Approach to Risk & Personalisation
This paper, commissioned by the West Midlands Joint Improvement Partnership (JIP) provides a framework for Councils in shifting the balance away from risk aversion towards supported positive risk taking. The aim is to share risk between the individual using services (regardless of funding source), their family, carers, professional care staff, third parties and the Council. - National Chinese Family Carers for Mental Health Support Project
Between February and May 2011, the Chinese Mental Health Carers Support Project has developed a range of resources for family carers in the Chinese community. These resources have been publicised widely and intensively through a national media health promotion campaign. - BAC O'Connor DVD

The Office for Public Management (OPM) and Essex Coalition of Disabled People (ECDP) have been commissioned by Essex County Council to carry out a 3-year study on the impact of personal budgets on 46 disabled and older people in Essex. The study provides in-depth insights from service users and their families over a 3-year period. - Innovative Practice for PPF in the West Midlands
Innovative Practice - case examples from the West MidlandsAs part of the National Delivery Support Plan, Jeff Jerome recently requested examples of innovative and interesting practice across all the milestone areas that could usefully be shared.
