What's happening in the East Midlands

To start the process of development a meeting was arranged for the local authority PCP leads and Personalisation or SDS leads to come together to agree some common ground and joint actions. This meeting took place on 28 October 2009 and was particularly useful as the PCA guidance is now delayed as it is being amended nationally for form a piece of Putting People First guidance.
