Workforce Remodelling
Added: 05/08/2009
Updated: 07/03/2011
The Workforce Remodelling project was managed through the Workforce Programme Board, but there are strong links to the personalisation agenda.
The Programme focused on 3 areas:
- Workforce Data - targeted support to enable all authorities to upload data onto the National Minimum Data Set (NMDS-SC) for Social Care.
- Workforce Plans - supporting authorities to develop their workforce plans.
- Workforce Remodelling - 3 regional workshops to be held to support workforce remodelling.
We are working closely with Skills for Care (opens new window) to achieve all these areas.

Workforce Remodelling Workshops
Skills for Care have run a number of workshops looking at workforce remodelling issues in relation to the personalisation agenda. You can view the reports from all the workshops here.
Best Practice Guidance
Here you can find case studies of national and local learning, highlighting models of good practice which will improve local authorities confidence to develop more services around new ways of working.
