Personalisation

The East Midlands Personalisation Programme has now come to an end. It was a partnership between the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) and the Deputy Regional Director for Social Care in the Department of Health. The programme supported the 9 local authorities in the region to transform their adult social care services in line with Putting People First, personalising care and putting adults in control of their own support systems and services.

The programme was one of a number of programmes under the East Midlands Joint Improvement Partnership and was led by the Executive Director (Adult Services Group) at Lincolnshire County Council, supported by the Personalisation Programme Director and Support Officer.
