East Midlands Joint Improvement Partnership

The East Midlands Joint Improvement Partnership (JIP) is an alliance of key regional stakeholders, led by the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS). It provides leadership to a programme of work jointly designed to improve adult social care accross the East Midlands.

Key priorities for 2011 - 2013 JIP programme are:

  • supporting localities to achieve financial stability
  • joint working with the NHS, particularly on the QIPP programme and transition agenda for Liberating the NHS and Public Health Service reform
  • embedding person centred approaches accross adult and children's services
  • safeguarding
