JIP / QIPP Dementia Project

The Joint Improvement Partnership (JIP) and the NHS East Midlands QIPP (Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention) developed a joint dementia workstream in 2010. The workstream focused on the following regional and national priorities:
- Memory assessment and early intervention
- Improving quality of care in acute hospitals
- Improving quality of care in care homes
- Reduction in use of anti-psychotic medication
