    This project will develop quality standards for non regulated services to provide a regional framework and a consistent approach for commissioners, service users, family carers and care managers to monitor service improvements and maximise efficiencies. The Quality Standards Framework will complement all Councils monitoring and reviewing functions with a strong focus on service user and carer involvement and personalised outcomes as core determinants of quality, reliability and effectiveness.

    The aim of thie project is the development of a set of minimum regional quality standards for regulated services which exceed national minimum standards and complement the work of the Care Quality Commission.
