  • Carers Toolkit (2009)

    The purpose of this toolkit is to be a resource to local authorities and NHS organisations that will assist them in addressing whether they are fulfilling their responsibilities under the national carers strategy. The toolkit gives examples of good practice as well as outlining the key issues to be addressed.

  • Personalisation

    The East Midlands Personalisation Programme has now come to an end. It was a partnership between the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) and the Deputy Regional Director for Social Care in the Department of Health.
