- North East Quality Standards in Regulated Services
The aim of thie project is the development of a set of minimum regional quality standards for regulated services which exceed national minimum standards and complement the work of the Care Quality Commission. These standards will provide a regional framework and a consistent approach for commissioners, providers, service users, family carers and care managers to monitor individual outcomes; check service improvements and maximise efficiencies.

This project will undertake an in-depth regional analysis of the benefits of the Supporting People Programme to highlight where efficiencies and good commissioning practise could affect the costs of procurement of Social Care Services for Independent Living, in advance of the mainstreaming of the supporting people programme by March 2011.

This project sought to support the transfromational change necessary in Adult Social Care and to provide community and council leaders with relvent change management tools. This project will support the transformational change within Adult Social Care and provide individual Council and community leaders with significant change management information, theory, practical tools and an action focused process for delivering specified change in their local area.
- Supporting the Development of Providers for Personalisation in the North East
A comprehensive project to support development of the market place in the North East, this project involved a Festival of Ideas and a Provider Innovation Fund. This project will work with established service providers, including in-house, local authority services, to assist them to deliver personalisation as a first step towards self directed support.
