Established in 1994, Home Focus has developed to become the second largest independent support provider for adults with learning disabilities within Salford.
We are also on the framework of providers for Cheshire West and Chester.

We currently support 31 service users and have a staff team of 50.

Our main aim is to provide a flexible, reliable and creative service to meet the diverse and unique needs of the people who use our service.

The success of our organisation is based upon our person centred approach that underpins all aspects of our organisation, from initial assessing and support planning, staff matching, service delivery and review.

We are a retaining Investor in People Employer, CHAS registered, Mindful Employer and follow the REACH standards of service delivery.
