Richmond was an early adopter of personal budgets and changed social care processes a few years ago so that all service users now have a personal budget. We also have a range of universal service on offer to people outside of FACS eligibility including reablement, equipment, meals and employment support.
Richmond recognises that it has further work on developing the market and preventative services.​
