Queen Ann Care Ltd
Queen Ann Care have been caring for individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs that require both residential care and supported housing for the last 28 years and has been recognised for investing in and caring for its staff for the last 15 years through investors in people (IIP) demonstrating a commitment
towards developing potential through internal and external qualifications.
The staff have to develop a portfolio of evidence (all training courses attended) to show we develop them through training. We liaise with the local colleges and training centre’s for the staff, this is in regards to NVQ 2/3. The commitment to training is from the top down and is a continuous training package as training needs and legislation boundaries are forever advancing. There is also a very strong commitment from the staff towards this training for the benefit of the clients.
