​Crystal Lemon Care Ltd is a Domiciliary Care organisation providing home care support to vulnerable people within the community. We provide carers on a one to one basis to offer help with all aspects of daily living be it personal care, domestic and laundry assistance, help with meals and medication to providing assistance with transporting to day opportunities, assisting with day opportunities and helping with financial matters, writing letters paying bills etc, we can even help with the care of pets and gardening with the help of a personal assistant. We provide these services to people who are in receipt of a Personal Budget whether managed by the local authority or not and to those on a Direct Payment or who are Self Funders, we can even hold your personal budget for you and administer this using your outcome focused care and support plan. Our services are open to anyone whatever their disability or medical condition and we offer our services to Older Peopleand to People with a Learning or Physical Disability and to Children with Disabilities
