Putting People First milestones - briefing for CQC staff

This document has been produced for CQC staff who carry out local performance assessments of councils. It forms part of the CQC commissioner assessment guide for 2009/10.

It sets out the the Putting People First milestones, and explains the kinds of evidence that councils might use to show good progress against each milestone.

It also includes local change examples to illustrate what good progress might look like in practice, and relevant stories from the Living your life your way personal budgets DVD.
