The Coventry Carers' Centre: inclusive, whole-family working
Added: 27/02/2012
The Coventry Carers' Centre work with carers from age five upwards, and are therefore able to look holistically at the whole- family situation and help the whole family to deal with the caring situation they find themselves in. There are no artificial boundaries concerning the condition of the person who is being cared for. Many people have a variety of conditions that are allocated to different work streams in health and social care and which can impact on the support that carers receive, too.
