Building Community Capacity Tag Listing

Lincolnshire County Council is using a population profiling system called Mosaic to help them understand the needs of people who use or might need adult social care services and enable them to target resources more effectively. The challenge for Lincolnshire is how to target and prioritise services for those most in need within a large rural, sparsely populated county.
