Hampshire - Combining personalisation with community empowerment

In East Hampshire a pilot combining personalisation with community empowerment focuses on a group of 35 people with a learning disability who meet weekly as 'Friends United'. The group is run and led by people with a learning disability and aims to provide friendship, peer support and access to activities and opportunities.
